Dust particles with a particle size greater than 1μm are filtered by the primary filter with a filtering effect of 99% when the airflow passes through the filter cartridge, and are trapped on the inner surface of the primary filter, dust particles with particle sizes less than 1μm and greater than 0.3μm reach the secondary filter unit under the action of airflow and are filtered by the secondary filter unit with a filtering effect of up to 99%. If the dust particles are trapped on the surface of the secondary filter unit, the purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged after being filtered by the secondary filter device. Overload and phase sequence protection functions are provided in the circuit. The driving unit adopts a high-efficiency turbine fan, which has the advantages of stable wind pressure, large air volume, low noise, etc. It can meet the requirements of continuous operation. The first-stage filtration unit adopts F8 bag folding plate and frame filter (filtration accuracy is 1μm), the second-stage filtration unit adopts plate and frame high-efficiency filter (accuracy is 0.3 μm), and more precision customization is up to 0.1 μm.
